I had a mixed experience at this hotel. It offered a good spa center and was quite family-friendly with a playroom and helpful personnel. However, our room lacked a balcony which made it inconvenient, especially for drying towels, and the broken shower was a letdown. Overall, it wasn’t perfect, but I might return for another visit in winter hoping for a better room.
